Automatically disable wallpaper when games are run

Whenever a directX game is detected (videogame). Turn off wallpaper temporarily so it doesn't get in the way of performance.

Add a hotkey to freeze the wallpaper so I don't have to either close your program or set it to a still/un-animated version of the picture.

Easy conversion to mpg 4 or avi for use in film editing.
